Please accept my most sincere apologies for the delay in replying to your gracious letter of 20th October. I have been rather indisposed – however thankfully, much better now.
I cannot recall receiving a customer satisfaction form – please blame no one – it may be my mistake, of so, then again I apologise.
Mr P Stannah I am thrilled with my stairlift, which is a magnificent example of precision engineering. I now have the freedom to go up or downstairs without sitting for up to an hour, filled with dread at the thought of so doing! It has changed my life at home. Thank you.
I would also like to compliment your staff for the courtesy and service I received from the moment I placed my order, Jenny who kept me informed at all times, and your engineers, who also clearly explained and demonstrated the chairlifts functions.
You should indeed be proud of the quality of your products and service which I am sure must be attributed to your being a family run company.
In closing, may I also thank you for the discount given, entirely unexpected, although greatly appreciated.
