Dear Directors Thank you for your letters of 1st and 23rd April 2010. We have returned the questionnaire that was included with the instruction booklet, by separate post. We are very satisfied with the stairlift and much impressed with all concerned with the installation - your Branch Manager at Crayford; and the comprehensiveness of the instuction booklet. Our Son-in-Law who did all the arrangements and phone calls for us, said he was most impressed with the efficiency and courtesy of all members of your staff.
